Based out of Northern Illinois, EON is our place to Expand Our Networks for Homeschool Teens, ages 13 - 18. Use EON to connect and meet with other teens, within or outside your area. Do you want to plan or participate in a field trip? An event? We offer an assortment of field trips and events in a wide variety of areas.

- Our job running EON is to help you Expand Our (your) Networks. We were originally thinking of changing a few rules in the existing homeschool group, then thought about a website, and...HELLO EON! The problem with most homeschool groups is that they don't focus on TEENS. Small children tend to steal the spotlight, as their need to create new friendships and "expand their networks" appears greater. However, we're here for teens. We hope to set up many field trips and events, some educational and more just for fun. We want you to have a chance to meet new teens, as well as have a time and place to see your friends.

Member Guidelines
Members agree to:
1. Respect all members regardless of differences.
2. Respect other people’s property.
3. No hitting, pushing, name calling, teasing, profanity or violence of any sort. If immediate intervention is needed in regards to disrespectful or dangerous behavior, please be understanding and respectful of the individuals involved. See #10.
4. Maintain the privacy of all members’ confidential information. Solicitation is not allowed.
5. If you are hosting a gathering in your house, please share your house rules with attendees prior to their arrival.
6. Your participation in EON activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
7. Payment for events/classes must be paid in full by the required deadline (if a required deadline is given). No refunds will be issued, but you are free to “sell” your spot(s) to another EON member.
8. We encourage you to volunteer. If there are few events planned in your area, or you feel that there is an event you wish would be done – plan one!
9. Members are free to plan activities/events/classes throughout the year. Please contact EON coordinators Maya and Derek at eonteens@gmail.com if you require assistance.
10. Failure to follow guidelines will results in suspension from group activities. Continued failure to follow instructions will lead to a two month period during which further misbehavior will end in expulsion from the group.
11. If you have any questions, concerns, or group issues, please contact one of the coordinators at the e-mail address provided.
